This movie will be a favorite of anyone looking for a based-on-historical look at NASA and the first space missions, along with American history and the Civil Rights Movement, during Black history month. Long before the large IBM computers, the computers were people that were the foundation of the planning and science behind missions. Easy to forget that behind any great invention or event in history there were many “hidden figures” and people working in the background to assure success.
